About Julie

Mental Wellness Coach

 

Julie Van Elswyk has a biology background from UC Santa Barbara and integrates neuroscience, psychology, and physiology to help clients achieve lasting results. She combines mindset coaching with evidence-based tools from cognitive behavioral psychology, positive psychology, and habit science to reprogram limiting beliefs and strengthen motivation. 


After receiving her additional certifications in coaching, hypnotherapy and RTT, Julie also creates personalized meditations designed to rewire the brain, supporting nervous system regulation. With over a decade of experience, she is passionate about turning cutting-edge research into simple, effective steps that help clients thrive in both wellness and life.


Julie’s work is deeply personal. As a wife and mom of three, she’s navigated her own seasons of challenge and growth, which have shaped her belief that change is not only possible but powerful at every stage of life. Outside of coaching, she finds joy in hiking, traveling, diving and exploring Minnesota’s north shore, and she nurtures her creative side through writing, cooking, and meditation. What fuels her most is a blend of scientific curiosity and faith—a deep trust that each person carries an innate capacity to feel vibrant, confident, and free.
